2025-26 AirDNA Co-op

The Iowa Tourism Office is partnering with AirDNA to provide partners discounted access to short-term rental data (AirBnb, VRBO, etc.) in their jurisdiction. Data includes occupancy, supply/demand, revenue generated by short-term vacation rentals, and more. Data is updated monthly and is available for at least the previous five years.

The FY26 program provides 24/7 access to the dashboard for your jurisdiction, along with up to 25 competitive markets (can be Iowa or beyond) for an investment of $2,500 for the year. 

Please note there is no deadline - this is offered as a rolling sign-up. The agreement will be with AirDNA, and payments will be made directly to AIrDNA.
