STR reports monthly urban, rural and statewide hotel data with Occupancy (Occ%), Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR). Do you know how lodging is performing in your area? This report enables you to directly compare your STR lodging report against the aggregate of Iowa’s urban, rural and statewide hotel markets. We can only share the most recent month of data, according to our contract.
NEW: AirDNA Reports
The Iowa Tourism Office is partnering with AirDNA to provide partners discounted access to short-term rental data (AirBnb, VRBO, etc.) in their jurisdiction. Data includes occupancy, supply/demand, revenue generated by short-term vacation rentals, and more. Data is updated monthly and is available for at least the previous five years. The negotiated agreement provides paid partners monthly short-term rental data, 24/7 access to the dashboard for your jurisdiction, along with up to 25 competitive markets (can be Iowa or beyond). The investment is $2,500 for the year. This partnership is offered with a rolling sign-up. The partner's agreement will be directly with AirDNA and payments will be made directly to AIrDNA.
