Arrivalist Dashboard Co-op

Sign Up for the 2026 Arrivalist Co-op
The Iowa Tourism Office is again partnering with Arrivalist to provide partners exclusive access to the State Visitation Dashboard with county and city level visitation data from January 2022 through December 2026. The dashboard allows you to segment visitation by month or day/weekend and provides insights on origin markets, length of stay and more.

The 2026 program provides 24/7 access to the dashboard on a sliding scale of investment:
  • $2,500 (marketing budgets under $500,000/year)
  • $5,000 (marketing budgets between $500,000-$2,000,000/year)
  • $10,000 (marketing budgets over $2,000,000/year)
Sign up here. Signups close November 21, 2025. Confirmations will be sent out the first week of December.

If you have questions, please contact Matthew Kodis (matthew.kodis@iowaeda.com).

Seasonal travel area reports available
The Iowa Tourism Office also provides visitation information by travel area upon request. The visitation reports provide total estimated travelers, state and DMA of origin, length of stay, seasonality, and comparisons of out-of-state travelers to all travelers. The reports provide data for an entire travel area and do not include county or city-level visitation information.

To receive your travel area's report, contact Matthew Kodis, Lora Friest or Stephanie Neppl. These reports are provided at no cost. These reports are created by utililizing Arrivalist geolocation data. Arrivalist sources information from mobile devices while travelers are in Iowa. Arrivalist visitation data includes travelers that have traveled at least 50 miles from home, spent a minimum of two hours in Iowa, includes adults 18+, U.S. visitors only, excludes commuters, devices include regular GPS pings and smartphone users only.
